Mrs. Marksberry's classes began their Nutrition & Food unit this week! 6th grade did a MyPlate webquest and food sort, 7th grade learned about MyPlate through rotation stations, and 8th grade learned about digestion with research! They created a 2D model with playdough , and wrote a creative story of the digestive process from the perspective of food! How fun?! Thank you Mrs. Marksberry for finding creative and fun ways to engage students! #proudtoroar

The 2025 Washington, D.C. Trip is officially underway for our 8th grade Jaguars!! With over 90 people in attendance, trip coordinators Amy Harlan and Carrie McElfresh shared with families what an incredible opportunity this is for students to travel with EJMS this spring.
