Registration Information

Which School Will My Child Attend

Preschool Registration

Eligibility Requirements: In order to qualify for preschool your child must be: 3 years old with an identified disability/developmental delay OR 4 years old as of August 1st with an identified disability/developmental delay OR meet low income requirements.

Kindergarten Registration

Eligibility Requirements: Your student must be 5 years old as of August 1st to enroll for kindergarten. Kentucky law requires students between 6 and 18 years old to attend school. 

TO FINALIZE ANY NEW REGISTRATION, YOU MUST SUBMIT:

• Copy of child's official state issued birth certificate.

• If applicable, legal documents such as custody or guardianship paperwork. 

• Kentucky Immunization Certificate with a

  valid expiration date.

• Physical exam form completed up to one year prior to the first day of school.

• Proof of residency - you may not register without approved proof of residency.
